Stood here for one night. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I went to the pool and lost my engagement ring. I reported it to the front office and Caleene was awesome she went above and beyond to make sure i got my ring back!
Very friendly and helpful staff. 2nd time staying here. Not the closest hotel for our purpose, but will stay here again just for the staff. Pleased with hotel itself and amenities. Shout out to Matt at the front desk who went above and beyond for us.
We stayed during the Jehovah's Witness Convention and had several people knock on our door.
Spacious room and pleasant staff. The bed was comfortable and decent amenities available in the room. Our keys stopped functioning at the one exterior door which apparently is a known issue being addressed which made our departure a little frustrating as we had to navigate the exterior of the building to enter the lobby to gain access to our room again to finish checking out. The staff did apologize and were aware of the issue and working to address it and wouldn't consider it anything too detracting from our stay.
Very nice place for a professional meeting. Nice space, and good food and facility. Courteous staff. No complaints here.
The towel rack is in the bathtub, our Keurig didn't work when they arrived, but they worked to fix it nonetheless. No free coffee or breakfast (Really, a $12 charge for breakfast per person?). Any coffee is an additional fee, something most hotels provide for free. The pool is 4 feet deep, not really enough to do anything in. It is definitely not up and up on maintenance in the rooms. There was a bit of mold on the ceiling, the patchwork wasn't the best and paint was peeling off of the metal fan.
